Mint Smoothie Bowl

Matcha and mint is a divine combination. This cooling smoothie bowl is a beautiful and energizing way to start the day. I’ve made suggestions for toppings but feel free to top your smoothie bowl with whatever your heart desires.​

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana – cut into chunks
  • 250 mls coconut water
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ½ teaspoon good quality vanilla extract
  • ½ - 1 tsp Matcha Matcha Culinary Blend
  • handful fresh mint leaves
  • handful ice
  • Method

    1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and process until smooth.
    2. Pour into a bowl and serve immediately.
    3. ​Top as desired.


    To serve: Fresh strawberries, blueberries, shredded coconut, raw cacao nibs, bee pollen.
